It is important to visit your orthodontist every four to six weeks during your treatment. Regular appointments last 30 minutes and you will be notified if additional time is required. We understand how valuable your time is. Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

If you are running late or need to reschedule, please feel free to contact us, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. To help us maintain this, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel your appointment.

The dedicated staff at Allen Orthodontics is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Since all insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage and cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.  We are flexible with most insurance.

Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service and according to the contract agreement. Our financial coordinator will be working with your insurance company to ensure that all claims are paid in a timely manner.
